UPDATED Instructions!

If you experience fatal crash after first game, take your profile save data and load it up from your regular xbox with the codes activated and the save should automatically correct itself.
Instructions:
1. Download Files Attached.
2. Unrar Files
3. Move the _TrainerLoader.xex and the Trainer.xex to the “NBA 2K13 ” Folder On Your HDD/USB
4. Launch _TrainerLoader.xex From the NBA2K13 Folder
5. Press Start + Back While in the Game and You Will Be Prompt With a Code Screen.
6. Enter X 4 Times For The First Code then Press Star + Back Again And Enter Y 4 times for The Second.
7. Bam Your All Set!
